What we collect
We gather only what helps us run the site and serve you well. That may include your email and a securely hashed password if you create an account; cookies that keep you signed in; basic usage patterns so we can improve the experience; chat messages if you use our knowledge chatbot; and approximate location when you use prayer times or Qibla direction. If you use the chatbot, your messages may be processed by a third-party AI provider to generate replies — we do not use those messages for advertising. Our hosting also receives ordinary technical details, like your browser type and IP address, as part of delivering the site.
The service is free — we never ask for payment information.
How we use it
Your information supports the features you use: maintaining your account, personalising tools like prayer times, answering chatbot questions, sending verification or password-reset emails, and keeping the site secure and reliable. We also look at how the site is used in general so we can fix issues and make thoughtful improvements.
Contact & account deletion
You can delete your account at any time from your settings, or reach out if you would like help removing your data or have questions about what we hold. We are happy to assist.
